Admissions
 At Chicot Memorial Hospital, we want your experience here to be a pleasant one…right from the beginning!
The Patient Access Department (Admissions / Registration), located in the main lobby of the facility offers a convenient admissions process, regardless of the reason for your visit. Our Registrars will collect and confirm your information every time you come into the facility, so come prepared with your identification and insurance information.
For scheduled procedures, we also offer a pre-registration option that will move you through the process more quickly than traditional registration. This process can be handled over the phone or in person at any time prior to your scheduled appointment. When you pre-register for services, you will need to check in with a Registrar to confirm your insurance information and sign all applicable consent forms and paperwork.
For the convenience of all patients, we have an on-site financial counselor available to help you make arrangements for any out-of-pocket expenses.
